About the role

As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with key clients. In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through effective networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
  2. Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, understanding their Cleaning/Manpower challenges and providing innovative solutions.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships to expand the customer base.
  4. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and services.

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the F&B, Hospitality industry or any other dedicated industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to handle objections and secure new business.
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  6. Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
