About the role

As a Business Development Executive / Manager at Syspex Technologies Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. This full-time position is based in the West Region and offers an attractive commission structure, making it an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking

  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting compelling solutions and products

  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed your targets

  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and managing the sales process effectively

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

  • Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients

  • Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the industrial sales sector
