A leading company is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth for MRO products across Asia. The role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting solutions, and achieving targets, offering a competitive salary and benefits. Job Summary:
Business Development Executive
Permanent role
Basic salary up to $ 3,500+ Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance-based Incentives + Quarterly Group Incentives
Monday - Friday: Office hours
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Responsibilities:
Grow sales and develop business for MRO products across Asia.
Visit local and overseas customers to promote MRO solutions and achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
Identify new sales opportunities and work towards profitable growth.
Update customer records and sales activities using Salesforce.
Collaborate with the team while also working independently to meet goals.
Travel overseas as needed.
Job Requirement :
2–3 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales.
Knowledge of MRO, cleanroom consumables, PPE, and hand tools is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
Must have a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
