Business Development Executive (IT/ENG/HR Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on new Business Development Activities
2. Focus on expanding client base across different industries for IT/HR solutions
3. Build strong functional/domain capability, act as an SME for the team and represent the brand in trade bodies/events
4. Represent the brand with the utmost integrity and professionalism – demonstrating speed of response and quality delivery as well as expertise in chosen sector
5. Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data
6. Self-Driven individual with an ability to manage assignments without supervision
7. Keep up to date with the industry trends so as to capitalize on potential requirements
8. Passionate on understanding upcoming technologies with an intent to venture into new verticals

Success in the job looks like:

1. New clients are identified, client visits secured, and orders won
2. Acknowledgement from clients for excellent service provision
