About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our commercial insurance business. You will collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

Provide quotations, and other requests relating to General insurance or our clients and partners

Liaise with support team for quotations, referrals, appeals

Conduct client needs analysis to provide tailored insurance solutions

Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners

Drive business growth and ensure client retention

Preparation of documents relating to transacted business

Overseeing the sales process, from prospecting to implementation

Setting and monitoring performance metrics, such as revenue targets and market penetration

Presenting: Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients

What you need:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a General Insurance environment.

Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., SCI certifications)

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

Knowledge of WICA, Security Bonds, or Motor Insurance is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
