Business Development Executive (Healthcare)
Job Description:

We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (HEALTHTECH - ELDERCARE) to join our team and help continue our growth and vision. This is a multi-faceted and evolving role in a high-paced, supportive environment, where you will be challenged to step out of your comfort zone, pioneer new ideas, acquire new skills, and work on diverse projects. You will support and work closely with our Managing Director to grow our business and social impact, engaging with key stakeholders, partners, investors, and prospects both locally and internationally. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting corporate, business, and transformation strategies, including expansion into new markets
  • Participating in pre-sales activities (demonstrations, pitching, workshops)
  • Drafting business plans, MOUs, and proposals
  • Supporting bidding activities (RFP, RFI, EOI, etc.)
  • Conducting market research and industry analysis
  • Identifying and establishing partnerships with local and overseas entities
  • Leading strategic marketing and media/public relations events
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, Arts, Social Science, or related fields
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, with an understanding of motivating work environments
  • Experience in startups, healthtech, fitness/wellness, or eldercare industries is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in meeting people
  • Passion for innovation and digital transformation
  • Independent, self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Flexible with evolving roles and willing to travel
