Our client is a market leader shaping the parenting and consumer goods landscape across Southeast Asia.

Our client isn’t just an event organizer—they’re a strategic growth partner for brands in the parenting and baby industry. With a strong foothold in Southeast Asia, they drive results through large-scale fairs, digital activations, and data-driven marketing strategies that help businesses scale and connect with consumers.

They are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team. This role goes beyond sales—you’ll act as a consultant, advisor, and strategic partner to exhibitors, helping them achieve measurable growth through the company’s ecosystem of platforms and events.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Consultation

  • Act as a business consultant to exhibitors, advising on booth placement, brand visibility, and return on investment strategies.
  • Leverage data insights to help clients improve customer engagement and drive higher conversions.
  • Pitch a full suite of offerings—including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital marketing, and brand activations.

New Business Development

  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across various categories within the parenting and lifestyle industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to client goals and market trends.

Client Management & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client consulting (experience in events, exhibitions, or trade shows is a plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of brand growth strategies
