Job description

Working location: Near Aljunied

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Must have experience from Events & Fairs (B2B)

Job Duties:

  1. Act as a business consultant to exhibitors, helping them optimize their exhibition experience and maximize their ROI.

  2. Use data-driven insights to advise brands on booth placements, marketing strategies, and activation opportunities beyond just the fair.

  3. Educate exhibitors on customer engagement tactics that lead to real sales conversions.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  1. Identify and acquire new exhibitors & brands, expanding our industry network.

  2. Pitch full suite of solutions—booth spaces, sponsorships, digital marketing, and brand activations.

  3. Develop strategic sales plans that drive exhibitor success, retention, and repeat business.

Client Retention & Long-Term Partnerships

  1. Build strong consultative relationships with exhibitors.

  2. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to provide tailored solutions that help exhibitors scale beyond the fair.

Requirement:

  1. Min Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the events industry.

  3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in B2B sales related jobs.

  4. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required for project assignments.
