Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our network within the automotive industry. This role involves building partnerships with car dealers, collaborating with workshops, promoting corporate packages, and exploring new supplier and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills and a keen eye for identifying and developing new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner & Dealer Engagement

  • Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with car dealers and existing workshop partners .
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase business volume and brand reach.

2. Corporate Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to promote and sell corporate automotive packages .
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.

3. Supplier & Vendor Exploration

  • Source and evaluate new suppliers to enhance service offerings or improve pricing and quality.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and build sustainable supplier relationships.

4. Market Expansion & Innovation

  • Research and explore new business opportunities within the automotive industry , including service enhancements, digital platforms, and strategic collaborations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

5. Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide regular updates on partnership progress, sales activities, and business leads.
  • Support management in developing long-term growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (preferably in the automotive industry)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Good understanding of the automotive sector is a plus
  • Possesses own transport is an advantage
