Mummys Market, leading in Southeast Asia's parenting events and e-commerce, seeks a Business Development Executive passionate about sales and partnerships. This role involves client outreach, managing relationships, and achieving sales KPIs. Candidates should possess 1-4 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills, with a preference for those with event experience.

From hosting Singapore’s largest baby fairs to powering data-driven campaigns for brands like Nestlé, P&G, and Unilever, we help businesses connect with over 500,000 parents every year.
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to join our Brand Activation team — someone who’s passionate about sales, partnerships, and helping brands grow through exhibitions and marketing activations.
Identify and reach out to new potential clients (via market research and cold calling)
Pitch our platform, exhibitions, and brand activation opportunities to prospects
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
Hit sales KPIs and revenue targets set by the company
Provide support to clients to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale experience
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) to deliver great outcomes
Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have experience in exhibitions/events or the parenting/baby products space
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
