Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and industries that would benefit from our services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights for strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the software development industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and services.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
