Job summary

A leading business development firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and secure new opportunities. This role involves maintaining relationships with potential franchisees and requires a degree in Business or Finance along with relevant experience in B2B sales. Candidates will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a basic salary of $3000 - $3500 plus commissions.

Business Development Executive x3

  • Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
  • Commissions Fixed at $500 per clients brought in
  • No transport allowance as not a hunter role. Leads will be generated by the company.
  • Location: Benoi Sector - Jurong West
  • Working days/hours: Mon – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities (B2B clients and franchise prospects) to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
  • Assess client requirements and develop customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication to ensure alignment with brand standards and company goals.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain to support franchisees and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance or any related field
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or client / affiliation relationship management
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics or e-commerce will be an added advantage
