A recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive for Client Side B2B - Business Development. This role involves handling the end-to-end sales process, conducting market research, engaging with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales process, from contact to contract, to closing deals.
Conduct research and identify potential clients, market segments, industries, potential business opportunities, market demands
Fix appointments and handle customer engagement
Prepare and deliver presentations while gathering feedbacks.
Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
Work closely with the team to develop business plans and strategies to achieve team target as a whole
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
Good understanding of the recruitment market
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
