Job description

The Company is growing and we are looking for talents who are passionate in the people business to join our team as a Sales Executive for Client Side B2B - Business Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end sales process, from contact to contract, to closing deals.
  • Conduct research and identify potential clients, market segments, industries, potential business opportunities, market demands
  • Fix appointments and handle customer engagement
  • Prepare and deliver presentations while gathering feedbacks.
  • Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
  • Work closely with the team to develop business plans and strategies to achieve team target as a whole
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Good understanding of the recruitment market
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
