We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive/Assistant to support our team in driving growth and delivering strategic value across business lines. This role requires a blend of analytical, consulting, and human resources experience, with strong emphasis on communication, planning, management, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business development team in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Assist in stakeholder communications, project coordination, and presentation preparation.
  • Contribute to planning and executing business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business partners for talent and resource planning.
  • Prepare compelling reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in consulting analysis, or HR business partnering is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proven capability in planning and management tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced skills in creating and analyzing business presentations and data.
  • Previous experience in consulting, analysis, or as an HR BP is an advantage.
