Business Development Executive (Accounts Management, FMCG) #HJW

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners within the assigned territory.

- Execute route plans effectively and ensure optimal product distribution and visibility.

- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

- Support trade marketing initiatives and brand activation campaigns at the point of sale.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs aligned with company goals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all sales and promotional activities.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Trade Marketing, Distribution, and Customer Service.
