Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Business Development Executive
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri 8AM - 5PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Bonus + Sales Commission
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market research to understand the preferences of the target audience.
  • Identify key competitors and analyze their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Form partnerships with popular modern food retailer chains (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, grocery stores, BBQ wholesalers, and gourmet food distributors) to distribute our range of 'Ready-to-Eat' frozen food.
  • Partner with HORECA customers (hotels, food service restaurants, cafes, food kiosk chains) to provide B2B solutions and business cooperation for growth.
  • Create exclusive product promotions and bundles during festive seasons to ramp up sales volume.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations and tastings at potential customers' locations.
  • Co-develop new product offerings and pricing strategies with the management to improve brand footprint in Singapore.
  • Create social media profiles and post engaging content.
  • Launch targeted social media ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Food Science, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in the F&B sector.
