A leading food manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and establish partnerships with food retailers and HORECA customers. The role involves market research, product promotions, and engaging with customers through social media. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Food Science or Sales & Marketing and at least one year of sales experience in the F&B sector.

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Business Development Executive
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri 8AM – 5PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Bonus + Sales Commission
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detail market research to understand the preferences of target audience.
  • Identify key competitors & analyse their strengths and weakness.
  • Form partnership with popular modern food retailer chains (eg. supermarkets, convenient stores, grocery stores, bbq wholesalers & gourmet food distributors, etc) to distribute our range of “Ready-to-Eat” frozen food.
  • Partnership with HORECA customers (hotels, food service restaurants, cafes, food kiosk chains) to provide B2B solutions and business co-operation for growth.
  • Create exclusive product promotions and bundles during festive seasons to ramp up sales volume.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations & tastings at potential customers’ location.
  • Co-develop new product offerings and pricing strategies with the management. Improve brand footprint in Singapore.
  • Create social media profiles and post engaging content.
  • Launch targeted social media ads and Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
