Summary:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for extracting of data, doing analysis of market trends and assist the Reefer team in ensuring service excellence to our commercial partners.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Extracting of performance data and updating of reporting tools needed by the trade team
  • Conduct analysis on Strategic Customer accounts performance and follow up accordingly
  • Conduct analysis on market trends and to provide insights to the Reefer team in the Asia Regional Office, Head Office and within the Reefer network
  • Updating of online tariffs in accordance to the Trade teams
  • Maintain oversight of Reefer customer cargos in various countries
  • Tertiary education or above, preferably in shipping, logistics management or business administration;
  • Good market knowledge and computer skills (basic formulas – to be advised on Vlookup / Pivot Table);
  • Strong communication skills and customer oriented
