Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets, identify new opportunities in B2B/B2C, and engage in lead generation.

  • Conduct demos, cold calls, and follow-ups.

  • Plan and manage roadshows, including setup and teardown.

  • Monitor sales performance, conduct stock planning, and optimize inventory.

  • Collaborate on marketing strategies, manage key dealer relationships, and drive sales growth.

  • Oversee promoters, product training, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in home appliance or technology-related industries.

  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing distributor relationships.

  • Strong presentation, product demo, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and sales tracking.

  • Willing to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
