You will support the growth efforts of the company by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to marketing and leasing strategies. The role is ideal for someone looking to break into the dynamic real estate sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and acquiring new property for development and investment opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders including prospective business partners, consultants, and agents.

  • Conduct market research to understand property trends, pricing, and demand in key areas.

  • Participate in property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop property listings, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare acquisition feasibility proposals, reports, and presentations for management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong communications and people skills

  • Interest in real estate markets and trends

  • Positive, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools a plus

  • Sales or client-facing internship / experience is advantageous.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
