Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

Working Location: Middle Road

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities.
  • Building business relationships with clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with clients through the closing process.
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting; maintaining short & long-term business development plans.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and initiative-driven.
  • Great team players.
