Location: Kaki Bukit (Techlink)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Customers: Research and qualify leads from schools, libraries, research organizations and individual researchers to expand our customer base.
Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential customers via email, phone calls, and online platforms to introduce our research content and uncover their needs.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging virtual demos to showcase the features and benefits of our research products, helping prospects understand their value and how they align with their needs.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth and improve product offerings.
Tech-Savvy: Leverage technology and digital tools (CRM, email marketing, video conferencing, etc.) to manage leads, track sales activities, and streamline communication with prospects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Singaporean only
Minimum Diploma
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coachable: Open to learning new sales techniques, improving product knowledge, and adapting to feedback.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and technologies, including CRM systems, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools to enhance productivity and customer interactions.
