We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive – Air Cargo to join our team in Singapore and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive – Air Cargo, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth of our airline cargo representation services. This full-time, on-site position involves managing and expanding our customer base, nurturing key client relationships, and developing sales strategies that align with our airline partners’ goals. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective strategies to grow airline cargo sales and meet revenue targets. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with forwarders, consolidators, and cargo agents. - Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the air cargo market. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with airline partners, operations teams, and customer service to ensure smooth end-to-end service. - Customer Excellence
Deliver a consistently high level of service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adjust sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience in air cargo sales, airline GSA representation, or freight forwarding.
- Strong Relationship Builder with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Results-Oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team Player who can collaborate across departments to deliver value.
- Industry Knowledge of international airfreight, cargo space management, and airline partnerships.
