A leading digitally driven insurance broker seeks a Business Development Executive to enhance their BD team. This role involves managing insurance renewals, coordinating with clients and insurers, and utilizing digital tools for efficient quote generation. Ideal candidates will possess relevant certifications and have at least 3 years of experience in the field.
Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a Business Development Exe to assist their BD team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.
Duties
Utilize Digital Tools: Use online platforms to generate quotes for Employee Benefits insurance efficiently.
Lead Renewal Projects: Act as the project manager for insurance renewals, including both Portfolio and Experience-rated plans.
Client & Insurer Coordination: Liaise with clients and insurers for policy renewals and new business placements.
Quotation & Proposal Management: Source, compare, and present new insurance quotations to prospective clients.
Insurer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with insurers to negotiate competitive deals for clients.
Data Management: Reconcile and clean up member renewal listings against internal and insurer records.
Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct premium and benefits comparisons to deliver tailored recommendations to clients.
Reporting & Presentations: Handle monthly performance reporting, address client queries, and conduct benefits presentations.
Requirements
Min Diploma in any discipline
Possess a valid BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI certification will be preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in relevant industries
