Job description

Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a Business Development Exe to assist their BD team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.

Duties

• Utilize Digital Tools: Use online platforms to generate quotes for Employee Benefits insurance efficiently.

• Lead Renewal Projects: Act as the project manager for insurance renewals, including both Portfolio and Experience-rated plans.

• Client & Insurer Coordination: Liaise with clients and insurers for policy renewals and new business placements.

• Quotation & Proposal Management: Source, compare, and present new insurance quotations to prospective clients.

• Insurer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with insurers to negotiate competitive deals for clients.

• Data Management: Reconcile and clean up member renewal listings against internal and insurer records.

• Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct premium and benefits comparisons to deliver tailored recommendations to clients.

• Reporting & Presentations: Handle monthly performance reporting, address client queries, and conduct benefits presentations.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline

• Possess a valid BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI certification will be preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in relevant industries
