Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching cold markets and nurturing leads generated by the company to promote our social media marketing services. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and how they can be strategically utilized to benefit SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify and approach potential clients in cold markets to generate new business opportunities.
    Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
  2. Client Consultation:
    Conduct consultations with SMEs to understand their business needs and challenges.
    Provide tailored solutions using our social media marketing services to help them achieve their business goals.
  3. Sales Pitch and Presentation:
    Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our services.
    Clearly articulate the benefits of social media marketing and how it can drive business growth.
  4. Market Knowledge:
    Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
    Demonstrate a strong understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  5. Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  6. Independent Work:
    Work autonomously with minimal supervision to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  7. Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or social media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their role in business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the SME landscape in Singapore is a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate with clients in both English and Mandarin
