About the Company

Our Client a leading wellness brand offering quality yoga experiences to both individuals and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous Business Development Executive to spearhead sales efforts, engaging with and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure, for both individual and corporate clients;
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert new business opportunities;
  • Build and develop relationships with new and current customers to upsell products and services;
  • Craft customized proposals for corporate wellness programs;
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Handle all sales enquiries through multiple platforms;
  • Plan weekly goals and demand generation, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved;
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, delivering regular reports and insights;
  • Feedback on current projects and development for key accounts;
  • Liaise closely internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery;
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and products.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or business development role;
  • Experience handling both B2B and B2C sales;
  • Adeptness in managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments;
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently;
  • Customer-oriented approach, with ability to manage stakeholders and deal with complex issues.
