Job description

Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage in direct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize existing relationships to generate referrals and recommendations for new business.
  • Prepare tailored presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Oversee projects assigned by the direct supervisor, ensuring successful delivery across various business lines and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
