Business Development Executive

Responsibility

• Achieve growth and hit sales target
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Collaboration with other company departments, such as marketing, business operation or finance, to offer customer support.
• Generating reports and data for sales analysis
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Minimum Diploma in business administration, marketing, or relevant qualification
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and influence both internal and external senior stakeholders
• A strong commercial sense and desire to grow and expand the company’s business
• Proactive approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude to take ownership and resolve issues.
• Highly collaborative and a team player
