Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and business-savvy Business Development Executive to lead our B2B growth initiatives. This role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and strategic partners to promote our wellness services, aromatherapy workshops, and gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop B2B opportunities with corporate clients, HR teams, offices, and hospitality partners.

· Promote and secure corporate air scenting services and aromatherapy workshops for employee wellness programs.

· Propose and manage corporate gifting solutions for events, festive campaigns, and client appreciation.

· Develop partnerships for wedding gifts, retreats, brand launches, and other lifestyle or wellness-themed events.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

· Attend networking sessions, trade shows, and B2B expos to build brand awareness and new leads

· Work with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.

· Track KPIs, sales pipeline, and report regularly to management.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client servicing.

· Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

· Interest or background in wellness, beauty, aromatherapy, or event marketing is an advantage.

· Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
