The Business Development Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience.
2. Essential Duties & Responsibilities● Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies
● Support negotiations and closing of agreements with new clients
● Provide account management support to existing clients
● Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
● Assist in lead generation programs and follow up on leads
● Conduct market research and review changes to market trends and competitor activities
● Attend business conferences and networking events to generate leads
3. KPIs and Targets:● Achieve 100% of assigned revenue targets
● Conduct a minimum of 5 qualified sales meetings each week
● Ensure all sales opportunities and activities are recorded in the CRM system
4. Education & Experience:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
● 0-3 years’ experience in business development or sales
● Fluent in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
