Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  2. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  3. Sales Process Management: Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
  4. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and support.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions for sales contracts.
  6. Reporting: Tracking sales performance and providing reports to management.

Additional Duties

  • Meet customers in person and set appointments.
  • Follow the manager's guidance for meetings with business partners.
  • Collaborate and share information with colleagues.
