Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve franchise KPIs
Identify and secure new lease opportunities, including due diligence, negotiations and contract management
Support franchisees with training, marketing, and operational guidance to ensure brand alignment and profitability
Maintain strong franchisee relationships and oversee compliance with SOPs and brand standard
Requirements:
Proven track record in franchise sales/business development
