  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in business development or banquet sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Job description

Role:

  1. Develop new business and focus on Event Sales and Facilities usage of the Club including F&B Banquet.
  2. Actively pursue set sales target.
  3. Develop and implement new effective sales and business strategies/initiatives.
  4. Proactively seek new sales opportunities.
  5. Closely follow-up with customers for referrals and business contacts.
  6. Create product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  7. Work across internal departments effectively to increase and maximize sales.
  8. Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients/customers.
  9. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  10. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports.
  11. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  12. Strategic planning and ensure timely execution of overall marketing calendar.
  13. Stay on current market trends and competitive activity.
  14. Develop promotional programmes and manage budget.
  15. Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each sales initiative.
  16. Manage sales and marketing budget and expenditures.
  17. Other projects and ad-hoc activities.

Job Requirement:

  1. Min 2 years business development/account management/banquet sales experience with a proven track record.
  2. Self-motivated, desire to excel and enthusiastic.
  3. People management skills.
  4. Good flair in product creation, sales performance and meeting financial targets.
  5. Good presentation and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  7. Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to be a team player.
  9. Budget awareness and good business sense.
