A leading company in the IT industry is seeking a motivated business development candidate to join their sales team. The role involves building customer accounts, conducting outbound campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team. Successful candidates will benefit from flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for incentives based on performance.
Reporting to Sales Director or any other manager that nominated, the candidate role is to build new customer account and maintain relationship with existing customers assigned.
The candidate will have the opportunity to involve in a full-cycle sales process for our software and services through prospecting, building relationships with key decision-makers, presenting the value of our solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing opportunities together with the team. On the job training will also be provided to acquire product knowledge but must be motivated to learn more on their own.
Successful candidate will enjoy quarterly sales incentive base on group and individual performance.
Flexi-work arrangements with at least 2 days reporting to office for meetings and training.
