The Role:
Being the catalyst for new business, you are responsible for hunting new business by leveraging on your experience, expertise and internal resources to engage with prospective clients and driving new business opportunities. You feel comfortable speaking with HR practitioners, Business owners as well as C-suites across various industries, creating opportunities to enable our local SMEs to digitalize HR functions, resulting in transformational customer outcomes.
About The Role
Develop and manage long term strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients
Identify, manage, and close multiple opportunities and projects at the same time, developing our commercial business.
Work towards monthly targets in line with team goals
Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable ideas
Ensure accurate overview and forecasts of sales activities using CRM System and various metrics
Target and influence new customers to by upselling of products.
