Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business leads across industries aligned with our creative event services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored event solutions.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that reflect our creative capabilities and brand.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative and production teams to align proposals with our delivery potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Scouts for GeBIZ opportunities & handles submissions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the events, marketing, media, or creative industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and experiential events.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to business growth.
