As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development team to help us expand our commercial partnerships.


About the Role:
We’re looking for a committed Business Development Executive who can match the needs of advertisers with the interests of our audience. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and working closely with internal teams to develop effective campaigns.


This is a client-facing role suited for individuals who thrive on meeting targets, nurturing relationships, and creating impactful solutions. A passion for food and lifestyle is a definite plus, as is a strong network in the F&B and lifestyle industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and present tailored proposals that align with client goals and our platform’s audience
  • Create and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and business expansion
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver bespoke advertising and campaign solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and identify potential areas for innovation or expansion
  • Attend relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build contacts and brand visibility
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
  • Contribute ideas for sales and marketing materials to better position the company in the market

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales
  • Fresh grads are welcomed to apply as well but will be considered for the Junior Business Development Executive Role
  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in media, marketing, publishing, or digital advertising is highly preferred
  • Passion for food, lifestyle, and a keen understanding of Singapore’s F&B industry
