Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of BD/sales/marketing experience in MedTech and/or Precision Engineering.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in BD/marketing/project management with Medical Devices is an advantage.

  • Establish new contacts and develop new accounts.
  • Develop sales forecast and marketing plan for key accounts.
  • Spearhead overseas marketing activities like seminars and exhibitions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is driven to achieve both personal and team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish new contacts and develop new account
  • Build strong customer relationships with accounts
  • Develop sales forecast and marketing plan for key accounts
  • Work with sales and marketing team to achieve sales growth
  • Spearhead and / or support overseas marketing activities such as seminars, tradeshows, exhibitions etc.
  • Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and identify required strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant course
  • Minimum 3 years of BD/sales/marketing experience in MedTech and/or Precision Engineering industry preferred
  • Able to carry out market research and intelligence to reach targeted companies
  • Able to generate new program from potential and current customer
  • Experience in BD/marketing/project management with Medical Devices will be an added advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • Self-driven and result oriented with the ability to implement change to positively affect results
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Able to travel overseas independently
