Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Odoo/ERP Sales Executive to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Chennai market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP sales, preferably with experience in Odoo, and will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Chennai market.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and cold-calling.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Engage with key decision-makers in target companies to understand their ERP needs.
    • Present and demonstrate Odoo/ERP solutions to prospective clients.
    • Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
    • Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral and campaigns tailored to the Chennai market.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in ERP sales, with a strong preference for Odoo sales experience. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo. Strong understanding of the Chennai market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
