Business Development Executive
Job Description:
- Planning and execution of business and marketing strategies
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the market
- Source for new business partners/vendors for an existing business to achieve sales target
- To assist the organizations' sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management.
- Constantly engage current customers by keeping them updated on the company’s new products.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Team to identify new methods to reach out to new potential clients/customers
What you will need:
- Min O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any field of studies
- 1-2 year experience in B2B
- A proven track record of success in personal sales and building sales/business development
- Strong ability to execute effective lead generation strategies (prospecting, cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Positive, pro-active and good team player
- Able to cope in fast-moving office and work independently under minimal supervision
- Comfortable to work in SME environment
