Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to deal closure.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations that align with client requirements and budget.
Follow up on leads and client meetings, ensuring strong engagement and timely responses.
Maintain CRM records and support in sales reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (project, design, tech) to align on client needs and expectations.
Supporting light marketing efforts (campaigns, sales decks, outreach content).
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in tech or agency preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in client meetings and presentations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing proposals.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a hunter mindset.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with mobile apps, SaaS, or digital services.
Experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
