Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities. Present, promote, and demonstrate our security system solutions to clients. Prepare and negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement.
  • Stay informed of current security technology trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and advise customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s performance and growth strategy.
  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in industry events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing documentation tailored to client needs. Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (especially in security, tech, or B2B sectors) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in preparing professional proposals, pricing, and sales documents.
