Business Development Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver customized Mandarin lessons to improve students’ proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Assist in creating syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment tools; regularly refine teaching materials.
• Liaise with parents and corporate clients to report student progress and gather market insights.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives; develop new clients and partners.
• Nurture existing client base to drive renewals and value‑added services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Senior‑level Child Psychologist Certificate
• Standard Mandarin experience or aptitude in teaching Chinese
• Minimum 3 years as a corporate/retail relationship manager or in business development (banking/finance background preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
