Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through permanent and contract placements. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to match client needs with internal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
  • Identify and generate new client leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platform
Account Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients and act as the main point of contact.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with internal recruitment consultants and sourcing teams, provide clear job briefs and candidate requirements to Talent Acquisition.
Market Research & Strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for service expansion and market penetration.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
