About This Role:

We are looking for self-motivated Business Development Executives specialising in the Hunter Role. You will be required to find leads to nurture and develop into our clients. As we are focusing on social media and influencer marketing services, you should ideally have a good understanding or keen interest in these areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing pipelines for new clients: Identifying potential clients, qualifying the leads, and initiate contact with decision-makers or key persons to promote and engage our marketing services.
  • Preparing proposals: Meeting clients to understand their needs and expectations, conduct research on client’s business, prepare and present proposals and quotations.
  • Maintaining relations with existing clients: Monitoring the progress of clients' campaigns to ensure contract fulfilment and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with Singapore and China teams to ensure the successful completion and renewal of contracts.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with latest marketing trends and changes in platform policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Retail, F&B, Education, Beauty, Medical Services and Equipment industries. Fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Experience in marketing/advertising/media sales is a bonus.
  • Good communication skills and able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise and support our Chinese clients.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office/ Google Suite tools.
