Responsibilties

  • New business development and existing customer management
  • Responsible for project tenders and proposals
  • Build and strengthen good relationships with clients, prospects, and associations
  • Coordination of regional / global contracts
  • Provide market information and participate in direct marketing strategy / planning
  • Attend to clients' enquiries as well as to manage and resolve issues and complaints
  • Do tele-sales when required and assist the other sales teams in identifying the contacts and leads when required
  • Preparation of brochures and track records
  • Weekly reporting on sales activities
  • Update visual presentation materials
  • Preparation and coordination of seminars for the business
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Take part in strategic decisions of development of specific market and launching of new products
  • Identify and source for partnership opportunities by researching partners, key players, and generate interest
  • Coach and mentor team members to support strategic and professional partnership initiatives
  • Monitor key account clients, and keep an ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Responsible for the sales targets as per allocated budget and assess profit and loss per contract within the Bureau Veritas guidelines
  • Responsible for the products allocated and the corresponding sales target
  • Follow up on new enquiries for anything business-related
  • Participate in the launch of new products,
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct superior from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related discipline
  • At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing / business development
  • Prior sales experience in Airport/Aviation field is preferred
  • Keen eye for exploring business opportunities
  • Driven, passionate about sales
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
