As we continue to expand, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our team and drive growth across new and existing markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and engage potential clients within the construction industry.


Promote our platform’s services and offerings to contractors, developers, and other industry professionals.


Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.


Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.


Assist in the development of strategic sales and marketing plans.


Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.


Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.


1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in construction or tech.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Good understanding of the construction industry and digital platforms is a plus.


Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
