Job Description
· Liaising with potential clients to build and develop rapport
· Drive business growth and assist existing clients
· Manage the deployment of Integrated Facilities Management software or technology solutions, ensuring that the installation, configuration, and integration align with the client’s or project’s requirements.
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing guidance on how the solution can address their specific needs.
· Customize and configure solutions based on the specific business processes, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and usability.
· Troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation, coordinating with technical support teams to resolve problems quickly.
· Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure that users are familiar with the solution’s features, functionalities, and best practices.
· Work closely with product development, customer success, and technical support teams to align on project goals and ensure smooth handoff.
· Develop and maintain documentation related to the implementation process, including configuration guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
· Track implementation progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure that project milestones are met within the specified timelines and budget.
· Offer ongoing support to address any issues that arise after the implementation is complete, ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.
· Proactively recommend enhancements to the solution based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
· Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
· Work independently with minimal supervision and direction and multi-task across several projects
· Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for assigned projects for all customer resources including business and IT points of contact
· Lead the technical department through the implementation process, including customer requirements, solution design, solution development and testing
Job Requirements
· 2 years of experience in business development or solution implementation
· Experience with customer relationship management
· Good organization and project management skills
· Basic technical skills on HTML, CSS, SQL
· Strong presentation skills
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to strategically monitor progress, and ensure results are achieved as planned
