Job Title: Loan Consultant (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

-Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, from SMEs to individual borrowers, looking for business financing.

-Loan Advisory: Provide professional advice on various loan products, including business loans, personal loans, and working capital financing.

-Loan Application Management: Guide clients through the loan application process, from document collection to loan approval, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

-Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursement, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

-Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering post-loan services and cross-selling other financial products.

-Compliance: Ensure all loan applications comply with industry regulations and -company policies.

-Client Retention: Manage client relationships and maintain a high retention rate by offering continuous support and follow-up services.
